设备由结晶干燥、挤出主机、三辊压光、在线测厚、片材预热、单向拉伸、定型装置、涂油、覆膜、自动收卷等部件组成。
该设备生产的PET制品通过单向拉伸及定型后，不但兼有BOPET优良的透明度、抗张强度、耐冲击、耐热、耐寒、尺寸稳定等性能；而且兼有常规PET片材易折痕、热成型之优点！是一种BOPET和常规PET各自性能短板的补充！
