在注塑产品生产中，缺陷的产品无法脱模时，通常采用煤气加热钢丝插入缺陷产品冷却后拔动钢丝将带出缺陷产品，煤气加热过程时间长，在易燃的环境下安全性低。 Fast速热器将带给您快捷的加热过程，通过优化设计，在4秒钟内即可将Ø4mm的钢丝加热到500度以上，提高工作效率，减少停机时间。

Quick Heater：
During the production process of injection molding products, when the defective product can not demould, the coal gas will be used to heat the steel wire and after that, the steel wire will be inserted into the defective product, after it is cooled enough, the defective product will be brought out as long as the steel wire is pulled out. However, it takes a long time for the coal gas to heat the steel wire and the safety coefficient is low under the flammable environment. Quick heater will bring the rapid heating process to you. Through the optimization design, the Ø4mm steel wires can be heated to above 500 degrees within four seconds. This can improve the work efficiency and reduce the down time.
