原理 Principle
本机是我公司根据染料等物料压率后高水分状固有的特性，设计出的新型改进型网带式干燥机，一般热源等放置于右侧，工作时，物料*入成形预热机构，挤条造粒，同时也被脱去一部分水分，之后均匀分布在网带上，干燥时，物料从网带的上方和下方强制输入热风，使被干燥的每个粒子表面都成为受热面，增大物料与热风的接触面积显著增加导热面积，使物料内部水份扩散。组合成的配合使其效率更高，节能性更好 。
Raw material to be dried will be spread onto the screen belt through suitable feeding mechanism. When drying, hot air will be forced to input to raw material from up and low screen belt, It makes the surface of every particulate become surface to be heated. The area to contact with hot air is increased and the heat conduct area is increased remarkably. The diffused distance of moisture in raw material is shortened.Therefore the effective drying operation can be carried out. Particularly it is suitable for drying raw material that has been preformed. The series drier has high stability and energy saving.

◎ 可设定适宜的操作条件，根据通风方式相应的干燥状态，可任意调节温度，风量等操作条件。
◎ 整个过程物料流量，使用温度，终水份含量均可任意调节。
◎ 物料在干燥装置内，是静止状态移动的，可几乎不破坏产品的形状，也无灰尘飞散。
◎ 可使用各种传送带，根据干燥物料的不同，传送带除各种金属丝网之外，也可用振动板。
◎ 传送带可清洗，加热室与干燥室分开，更便于清洗传送网带。
◎ 根据要求，可在设备底板装配清扫装置，将少量掉于底板上的物料刮送到出料端。
◎ 根据产量和物料水份不同，可选择多台设备串联使用，以提高产量。
◎ The amount of air, temperature of heat, stay time of raw material can be adjusted in order to get the best effect.
◎ The whole process material flow, temperature, final moisture content can be adjusted.
◎ The raw material is relatively static in belt, and so the size and dust will be keeped.
◎ The belt's type will be choose, such as metal mesh or vibrating plate.
◎ The belt can be cleaned, because of the heating room is separated from drying room.
◎ According to requirements, the low plate can be equipped cleaning equipment to remove a little of aw materials to outlet.
◎ Production and water according to different materials, choose to use multiple devices in series, to increase production.

◎ 适用于颜料、染料等膏状、糊状物料预成形后的干燥。
◎ 适用于高分子聚合物、氧化铁、铁酸盐、氟石、医药品、调味料、琼脂等的化学工业药品、肥料、饲料等以及各种粒状、片状、纤维状、蛋糕状物料。
◎ For pigments, dyes, paste, paste pre-forming material after drying.
