谷米以及豆类在蒸汽喷射浸润蒸煮作用下淀粉会熟化变成糊精的过程为蒸饭。
本装备适用于对米类、豆类、蔬菜类、瓜果类、薯类等进行自动蒸煮熟化、杀青等工艺要求，特别适用于醪糟的蒸煮、大型工厂、学校食堂米饭的二次蒸煮（改善米饭口感）、豆瓣厂的蒸煮、荞米荞饭的二次蒸煮、方便米饭的二次蒸煮等。
Rice streaming refers to the process of starchof rice and beansripened and converted into dextrin under the steam jet, wetting and cooking.
This equipment is applicable to automatic cooking, ripening, waterremoving of rice, beans, vegetables, melons and fruits, and potatoes, especially applicable to the steaming of fermented glutinous rice, secondary steaming of rice for large-scale factory and schoolcanteen (improving the rice taste), cooking of chili bean sauce factory, and secondary steaming of buckwheat rice and instant rice.
