日新发明的省开炼机的滤胶机,采用双挽喂料装置。广泛用于电缆行业、再生胶行业、内胎行业、胶管行业、塑胶跑道等橡胶制品厂商。可以使密炼机混炼好的胶料,无需老工艺经过开炼机出胶条喂入老式滤胶机，可团胶直接喂入双挽喂料机构。利用螺杆推挤、输送作用,把混炼胶或再生胶中的杂质清除掉,或挤出片状或造粒。主要由提升送料机、团胶喂料机构、螺杆、机筒、滤胶机头(出片机头、造粒机头)、自动切胶装置、温控系统和传动装置等组成。
产品特性:
1、团胶喂料过滤机,喂料效果好,过滤能力强,大大降低了工人的工作强度、降低了投资成本。与老机型相比较,减少了劳动强度、降低了投资成本。
