PBL系列离心机是一种适用于高洁净生产、卫生级过滤离心机，广泛用于制药、食品、精细化工等行业的多种固液混合物分离。它具有制造工艺高，耐腐蚀性强，工作稳定、符合高卫生要求等显著特点。		PBL series centrifuge meet the requirement of high cleanliness and sanitary filtering,also performs well in corrosion resistance.Application field;chemical industry,food industry,pharmaceutical industry,etc.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分离物料由进料管进入高速旋转的离心机转鼓，在离心力场的作用下，均布在转鼓内壁的滤布上，进行过滤分离。分离过程中液相透过固相物料、滤布的缝隙和转鼓壁上的小孔，从底盘的出液管流出；而固相物料则被截留在转鼓壁内。达到分离要求后停机，开启机盖，人工用卸料，完成一个工作循环。

Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter cloth forms a cake.While liquid phase through gap between solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum,discharge from liquid outlet of base.When it reaches expected effect,turns down the machine,opens lid,discharge material by human,then a whole working cycle has been finished.

1、全密闭结构避免分离物料的交叉感染，内腔氮气保护，满足密闭防爆要求。
2、电机直接传动，无皮带摩擦带来的粉尘污染。
3、大翻盖，快开结构。
4、与物料接触部分为不锈钢，耐腐蚀性好。
5、设备主要零部件表面均采用精密抛光处理，内部结构，易清洗。
6、维护方便快捷，无易损件。

1）Fully sealed structure prevent material from cross infection,interior cavity nitrogen overload protection,meet the requirements of explosion proof.

2）Unique motor shaft direct-connected driving with drum,free from dust pollution caused by belt friction.

3）Available reversible big lid and fast opening structure.

4）Parts contact material is made of stainless steel,has a property of corrosion proof.

5）Critical parts surface is polished,interior structure without dead corner,easy to cleaning.

6）Facilitate repair and maintenance,without vulnerable part.

1、平板为Q235A包衬不锈钢。 2、转鼓部件除转鼓底为铸铁包衬不锈钢外其余全部采用不锈钢。 3、轴承座采用铸钢件包衬不锈钢。 4、机壳、机盖包括附属品全部采用不锈钢。 5、直联电机外部与物料接触部分包衬不锈钢。 6、平衡缸采用不锈钢制作。		1）Flat plate is made of Q235A carbon steel coated by stainless steel. 2）Drum base is made of cast iron coated stainless steel,other parts of drum is fully stainless steel. 3）Bearing pedestal is made of cast iron coated stainless steel. 4）Shell,top lid and belongings are made of stainless steel. 5）Direct-connected motor parts contact material are coated stainless steel. 6）Balance cylinder is made of stainless steel.
