PGZW1250N高洁净型全自动离心机是一种立式、小刮刀卸料、自动间歇操作过滤式离心机，可通过自动或手动方式进行周期性循环操作。该离心机最初是为了满足分离成品味精所需的高洁净度、高脱水速度要求而设计，是味精行业的关键设备之一，除了符合高标准卫生要求、国家GMP要求之外，闭合罩设计还能有效防护出料不受污染，广泛应用于结晶型物料及对出料洁净度要求高的场合。		PGZW1250N automatic self-cleaning centrifuge for MSG discharges by small scraper,operates intermittently.It works cyclic automatically or manually.PGZ1250N designed originally for MSG industry,satisfied the requirements of high cleanliness and high running speed.Wonderful enclosure design protect MSG product free from contamination.This model widely used in deal with crystalline material and occasions with high cleanliness demand.

◎工作原理

◎Working principle

待分离物料由进料管进入高速旋转的离心机转鼓，在离心力场的作用下，均布在转鼓内壁的滤布上，进行过滤分离。分离过程中液相透过固相物料、滤布的缝隙和转鼓壁上的小孔，从底盘的出液管流出；而固相物料则被截留在转鼓壁内。进料及分离过程中，闭合罩始终与转鼓底部紧密接触，防止料液进入下料口。当达到分离要求后，闭合罩上升，刮刀机构开始卸料，料渣从出渣口排出。

Material comes into rotating drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes it spread evenly on filter cloth of interior wall.During separation process,liquid trough gap within solid phase and filter cloth also holes of drum wall,discharges by outlet.While solid material retained within drum wall.In the process of feeding and separating,enclosure compactly combined with drum bottom,keep liquid material away from outlet.After separation,enclosure rises up,scraper unit discharges,residues discharge from outlet.

◎主要特点

◎Main features

1、整机运转平稳、噪音低、自动化程度高、操作灵活方便，劳动强度低。
2、采用变频+PLC可编程控制系统，启动平稳，通过程序设定实现自动化，能耗或回馈制动。
3、采用三相交流变频调速异步电机驱动，在周期自动循环操作中，变频无极调速可以限度地满足低速进料、高速分离、低速卸料各工序对转速的要求。根据物料性能的变化可以提供相应的转速点实现化的操作。
4、无人看护，实现自动监测与保护。具有转速检测、料层探测、过振动保护、电机过载过热保护、刮刀旋转升降机械电气双重联锁保护等多项功能。
5、内部闭合罩结构，确保工作过程中卸料口不受原液的污染，保证分离后物料的洁净度。

◎Composition of critical parts

1、平板为Q235A包衬不锈钢。
2、转鼓底为不锈钢铸件。
3、机壳、机盖包括附属品全部采用不锈钢。
4、轴承座采用铸钢件(ZG230-450)。
5、刮刀片及刮刀轴采用SUS304不锈钢。
6、闭合罩采用SUS304不锈钢，底部密封材质为硅橡胶。
