氧化诱导时间测试仪是在程序控制温度下,测定物质氧化诱导时间的专业设备,是测定管材氧化诱导期的专业仪器。可以自动计记录管材、材料在氮气气氛中以恒定速度加热式样及参比物,当达到温度时,气氛切换为相同流速的氧气。之后样品在该温度下恒温,直到热曲线上显示有氧化反应发生。从氧气流开始流入的时刻,到发生氧化反应的时间间隔,既为氧化诱导期。仪器可以自动记录氧化诱导期温度、时间曲线,还可测量物质与参比物之间的温度差与温度关系。自动记录描述样品与参比物之间的温度(△T)随温度或时间的变化关系。还可以检测相转变,熔化,结晶结构的转变,沸腾,升华,蒸发,脱氢反应,断裂或分解反应,氧化或还原反应,晶格结构的破坏和其他化学反应。

Product iNToduction:
The oxidative induction time tester is a professional equipment for measuring the oxidation and induction period of materials under the coNTol temperature.
It can be used to automatically record the tube materials and materials in the atmosphere of nitrogen heating with constant speed. When the temperature is reached, the atmosphere switches to the same velocity of oxygen.
