　　Khi nhiệt độ tiếp tục tăng cao, thiết bị ép đùn đang bước vào giai đoạn vận hành then chốt với nhiệt độ cao và tải trọng lớn. Để đảm bảo thiết bị vận hành ổn định, đồng thời phòng tránh các sự cố do nhiệt độ cao gây ra, kính đề nghị Quý vị lưu ý các điểm bảo trì sau:

　　1.检查冷却通路：夏季冷却水水温高，请务必检查水泵运转及管路畅通情况。使用软化水或蒸馏水作为冷却介质，定期清理机筒、螺杆及减速机冷却水道的水垢，防止因散热不良导致物料分解或部件过热。
 

　　1. Check the cooling circuit: During summer, when coolant water temperature is high, ensure that the pump is operating properly and that the piping is unobstructed. Use softened or distilled water as the cooling medium, and regularly clean scale deposits from the cooling channels of the barrel, screw, and gearbox to prevent material degradation or component overheating due to poor heat dissipation.
 

　　1. Kiểm tra hệ thống làm mát: Vào mùa hè, nhiệt độ nước làm mát thường cao, vì vậy cần đặc biệt kiểm tra tình trạng vận hành của bơm nước và đảm bảo đường ống lưu thông thông suốt. Nên sử dụng nước làm mềm hoặc nước cất làm môi chất làm mát, đồng thời định kỳ vệ sinh cặn bám trong đường nước làm mát của xy lanh, trục vít và hộp giảm tốc để tránh tình trạng nguyên liệu bị phân hủy hoặc linh kiện quá nhiệt do khả năng tản nhiệt kém.
 

　　2.清理散热部件：定期清理主电机风扇、冷却器(散热器)及电控柜空调/过滤网的灰尘与杂物。通风不畅会致电机过载跳闸或电气元件过热失灵。
 

　　2. Clean the cooling components: Regularly remove dust and debris from the main motor fan, the cooler (heat sink), and the air conditioning/filters of the electrical control cabinet. Poor ventilation can cause the motor to overload and trip the circuit breaker, or the electrical components to overheat and malfunction.
 

　　2. Vệ sinh các bộ phận tản nhiệt: Định kỳ vệ sinh bụi bẩn và tạp chất bám trên quạt làm mát của động cơ chính, bộ làm mát (két tản nhiệt) và điều hòa / lưới lọc của tủ điều khiển điện. Việc thông gió kém có thể khiến động cơ bị quá tải dẫn đến nhảy aptomat hoặc làm các linh kiện điện quá nhiệt và mất chức năng.
 

　　3.工厂外部冷却水循环系统检查：检查外部冷却循环管路通畅无堵塞，定期清洗更换管路滤芯；监测循环水泵运行压力、流量及工况状态；及时清理冷却塔、水箱内部淤泥、杂物及藻类，保障外部供水水压稳定、冷却水流充足，为全线设备温控系统提供可靠冷却保障。
 

　　3. Inspection of the external cooling water circulation system: Check that the external cooling circulation pipelines are unobstructed and free from blockages. Regularly clean and replace the filter elements of the pipelines; Monitor the operating pressure, flow rate and working conditions of the circulating water pumps; Timely remove the sludge, debris and algae inside the cooling towers and water tanks to ensure stable water pressure for external water supply and sufficient cooling water flow, providing reliable cooling support for the temperature control systems of all equipment along the line.
 

　　3.Kiểm tra hệ thống tuần hoàn nước làm mát bên ngoài nhà xưởng: Kiểm tra để đảm bảo đường ống tuần hoàn nước làm mát bên ngoài thông suốt, không bị tắc nghẽn; định kỳ vệ sinh và thay thế lõi lọc của đường ống. Theo dõi áp suất vận hành, lưu lượng và trạng thái hoạt động của bơm tuần hoàn nước. Kịp thời vệ sinh bùn lắng, tạp chất và rêu/tảo bên trong tháp giải nhiệt và bồn chứa nước, nhằm đảm bảo áp lực cấp nước bên ngoài ổn định và lưu lượng nước làm mát đầy đủ, từ đó cung cấp khả năng làm mát đáng tin cậy cho hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ của toàn bộ dây chuyền thiết bị.
 

　　4.单螺杆挤出机冷却系统检查：定时巡检单螺杆挤出机下料段、齿轮箱冷却水循环管路，严格保障下料段温控精准稳定；全面排查齿轮箱冷却管路通畅性，重点核查管路有无渗漏、堵塞、结垢现象，保证齿轮箱散热性能达标，防止高温造成润滑油失效、传动部件损伤，引发设备停机故障。
 

　　4. Inspection of the cooling system of the single screw extruder:  Regularly inspect the cooling water circulation pipelines of the discharge section and the gearbox of the single screw extruder.  Ensure the precise and stable temperature control of the discharge section;  comprehensively check the smoothness of the cooling pipelines of the gearbox, and carefully verify whether there are any leaks, blockages, or scaling in the pipelines, to guarantee that the heat dissipation performance of the gearbox meets the standards, and prevent the failure of lubricating oil and damage to transmission components due to high temperatures, thereby avoiding equipment shutdown failures.
 

　　4.Kiểm tra hệ thống làm mát của máy đùn trục vít đơn: Định kỳ kiểm tra đoạn cấp liệu và đường ống tuần hoàn nước làm mát của hộp số trên máy đùn trục vít đơn, đảm bảo nghiêm ngặt việc kiểm soát nhiệt độ tại đoạn cấp liệu luôn chính xác và ổn định. Đồng thời, kiểm tra toàn diện độ thông suốt của đường ống làm mát hộp số, đặc biệt chú ý xem đường ống có hiện tượng rò rỉ, tắc nghẽn hoặc đóng cặn hay không, nhằm đảm bảo hiệu suất tản nhiệt của hộp số đạt yêu cầu, tránh tình trạng nhiệt độ cao làm dầu bôi trơn mất hiệu quả, gây hư hỏng các bộ phận truyền động và dẫn đến sự cố dừng máy.
 

　　5.平行双螺杆挤出机冷却系统检查：全面检查设备水循环管路，确保无渗漏、滴水现象；校验机筒各区域温度，保证控温精度达标；检查筒体各段电磁阀动作灵敏、工作正常；检查循环水箱水质清澈洁净，严禁在水箱内使用、添加腐蚀性液体及无机盐类添加剂；疏通检查水循环热交换器，保障换热通畅、冷却循环稳定。
 

　　5. Inspection of the cooling system of the parallel twin-screw extruder: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the water circulation pipeline of the equipment to ensure there is no leakage or dripping; Verify the temperature in each area of the barrel to ensure that the temperature control accuracy meets the standards; Check the sensitivity and normal operation of the electromagnetic valves in each section of the barrel; Check the water quality of the circulation water tank to ensure it is clear and clean; Prohibit the use and addition of corrosive liquids and inorganic salt additives in the water tank; Clear and inspect the water circulation heat exchanger to ensure smooth heat exchange and stable cooling circulation.
 

　　5.Kiểm tra hệ thống làm mát của máy đùn trục vít đôi song song:
 

　　Kiểm tra toàn diện đường ống tuần hoàn nước của thiết bị, đảm bảo không có hiện tượng rò rỉ hoặc nhỏ giọt. Hiệu chuẩn nhiệt độ tại từng vùng gia nhiệt của xy lanh, đảm bảo độ chính xác của hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ đạt tiêu chuẩn. Kiểm tra độ nhạy thao tác và tình trạng hoạt động bình thường của van điện từ tại từng đoạn của thân xy lanh. Đồng thời, kiểm tra chất lượng nước trong bồn nước tuần hoàn, đảm bảo nước trong và sạch; nghiêm cấm sử dụng hoặc thêm vào bồn nước chất lỏng có tính ăn mòn hoặc phụ gia muối vô cơ. Kiểm tra và thông tắc bộ trao đổi nhiệt của hệ thống tuần hoàn nước, nhằm đảm bảo quá trình trao đổi nhiệt thông suốt và chu trình làm mát vận hành ổn định.
 

　　6.三辊压光机辊筒冷却管路检查：逐一排查各辊筒冷却循环管路，确认旋转接头运转顺畅、无漏水卡滞；检查管路密封性及冷却水循环状态，定期更换辊筒内部循环水，统一采用工业软水或蒸馏水，有效规避管路堵塞、渗漏、水流不足等问题，稳定辊筒温控精度，保障生产线产能与制品质量。
 

　　6. Inspection of cooling pipelines for the three-roller calendering machine rollers: Conduct a thorough inspection of each roller cooling circulation pipeline, ensuring that the rotary joints operate smoothly without water leakage or jamming; Check the sealing performance of the pipelines and the cooling water circulation status. Regularly replace the internal circulating water of the rollers, using industrial softened water or distilled water, effectively avoiding problems such as pipeline blockage, leakage, and insufficient water flow, stabilizing the temperature control accuracy of the rollers, and ensuring the production capacity and product quality of the production line.
 

　　6. Kiểm tra đường ống làm mát của trục lô trên máy cán bóng ba trục:
 

　　Tiến hành kiểm tra lần lượt đường ống tuần hoàn làm mát của từng trục lô, xác nhận khớp nối quay vận hành trơn tru, không bị rò rỉ nước hoặc kẹt cứng. Kiểm tra độ kín của đường ống và tình trạng tuần hoàn nước làm mát; định kỳ thay nước tuần hoàn bên trong trục lô, đồng thời thống nhất sử dụng nước mềm công nghiệp hoặc nước cất. Việc này giúp hạn chế hiệu quả các vấn đề như tắc nghẽn đường ống, rò rỉ, lưu lượng nước không đủ, duy trì độ chính xác trong kiểm soát nhiệt độ của trục lô, từ đó đảm bảo công suất của dây chuyền sản xuất và chất lượng sản phẩm.
 

　　7.辊筒温度控制系统冷却管路检查：全面排查辊筒配套温控系统冷却管路，定期清洗管路滤芯、疏通热交换器管路，确保冷却介质循环通畅、散热装置运行正常、温控信号反馈精准；防范夏季环境高温与设备运行热负荷叠加，杜绝温控失灵、辊筒过热、制品厚薄偏差等设备及质量故障。
 

　　7. Inspection of cooling pipeline for roller temperature control system: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the cooling pipeline of the roller's temperature control system. Regularly clean the filter elements of the pipeline and clear the heat exchange pipe routes to ensure smooth circulation of the cooling medium, normal operation of the heat dissipation devices, and accurate feedback of temperature control signals. Prevent the combined effect of high summer temperatures and the heat load during equipment operation, and eliminate equipment and quality failures such as temperature control failure, roller overheating, and deviation in product thickness.
 

　　7. Kiểm tra đường ống làm mát của hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ trục lô: Tiến hành kiểm tra toàn diện đường ống làm mát của hệ thống điều khiển nhiệt độ đi kèm với trục lô; định kỳ vệ sinh lõi lọc đường ống và thông tắc đường ống của bộ trao đổi nhiệt, nhằm đảm bảo môi chất làm mát tuần hoàn thông suốt, thiết bị tản nhiệt hoạt động bình thường và tín hiệu phản hồi nhiệt độ chính xác. Đồng thời, cần phòng tránh tình trạng nhiệt độ môi trường mùa hè cao kết hợp với tải nhiệt từ thiết bị khi vận hành, ngăn chặn các sự cố thiết bị và lỗi chất lượng như hệ thống kiểm soát nhiệt độ mất tác dụng, trục lô quá nhiệt hoặc độ dày sản phẩm không đồng đều.

　　1.电控柜散热：高温伴随高湿，电控柜应尽量隔离高温尘源。若环境温度过高，需打开电柜通风或降温设备，确保内部温度不超过40℃，严防电气元件因高温老化或失控。
 

　　1.Cooling of the electrical control cabinet: In high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, the electrical control cabinet should be isolated from the source of high-temperature dust. If the ambient temperature is too high, the ventilation or cooling equipment of the cabinet should be turned on to ensure that the internal temperature does not exceed 40℃, and to prevent electrical components from aging or malfunctioning due to high temperatures.
 

　　1. Tản nhiệt cho tủ điều khiển điện: Nhiệt độ cao thường đi kèm với độ ẩm cao, vì vậy tủ điều khiển điện cần được bố trí cách xa tối đa các nguồn nhiệt cao và nguồn phát sinh bụi. Nếu nhiệt độ môi trường quá cao, cần mở thiết bị thông gió hoặc thiết bị làm mát / hạ nhiệt cho tủ điện, đảm bảo nhiệt độ bên trong tủ không vượt quá 40°C, đồng thời nghiêm ngặt phòng tránh tình trạng linh kiện điện bị lão hóa hoặc mất kiểm soát chức năng do nhiệt độ cao.
 

　　2.防结露处理：在雨季或停机状态下，注意检查电控柜密封性，必要时开启柜内防潮加热装置，防止电路板受潮短路。
 

　　2. Anti-condensation treatment: During the rainy season or when the equipment is shut down, pay attention to checking the sealing condition of the electrical control cabinet. If necessary, activate the dehumidification heating device inside the cabinet to prevent the circuit boards from getting damp and short-circuiting.
 

　　2. Xử lý chống ngưng tụ hơi nước: Vào mùa mưa hoặc trong thời gian thiết bị ngừng hoạt động, cần chú ý kiểm tra độ kín của tủ điều khiển điện; khi cần thiết, hãy bật thiết bị gia nhiệt chống ẩm bên trong tủ, nhằm ngăn ngừa bo mạch điện bị ẩm dẫn đến chập mạch.

　　1.油品与油位：高温下润滑油粘度易下降。请检查减速箱、齿轮箱油位及油质，必要时更换为夏季专用高粘度齿轮油。确保油路循环畅通，避免因油温过高导致油封泄漏或齿轮磨损。
 

　　1. Oil quality and oil level: The viscosity of lubricating oil tends to decrease at high temperatures. Please check the oil levels and quality of the gearboxes and reducers. If necessary, replace with high-viscosity gear oil specifically for summer use. Ensure that the oil circulation is unobstructed to prevent oil seal leakage or gear wear due to excessively high oil temperature.
 

　　1.Kiểm tra siết chặt các vị trí quan trọng: Hiện tượng giãn nở vì nhiệt và co ngót do nhiệt độ thay đổi dễ làm bu lông bị lỏng. Vì vậy, sau khi dừng máy (lưu ý tránh bỏng) hoặc theo định kỳ, cần kiểm tra tình trạng siết chặt của mặt bích đầu máy, các chi tiết liên kết của trục vít và thiết bị an toàn. Khi siết chặt bu lông / vít siết, cần bôi mỡ bôi trơn chịu nhiệt độ cao 1000°C.
 

　　3. Dầu bôi trơn và mức dầu: Dưới điều kiện nhiệt độ cao, độ nhớt của dầu bôi trơn dễ bị suy giảm. Vui lòng kiểm tra mức dầu và chất lượng dầu của hộp giảm tốc và hộp số; khi cần thiết, hãy thay bằng dầu bánh răng độ nhớt cao chuyên dùng cho mùa hè. Đồng thời, cần đảm bảo đường dầu tuần hoàn và hệ thống làm mát đường dầu luôn thông suốt, tránh tình trạng nhiệt độ dầu quá cao dẫn đến phớt dầu bị rò rỉ hoặc bánh răng bị mài mòn.
 

　　2.关键紧固：热胀冷缩易导致螺栓松动，请停机后热态(注意烫伤)或定时检查机头法兰、螺杆连接件及安全装置的紧固情况。
 

　　2.Key Fastening: Thermal expansion and contraction may cause bolts to loosen. Please stop the machine and conduct a hot-state inspection (be cautious of burns) or perform regular checks on the fastening conditions of the machine head flange, screw connection components, and safety devices.
 

　　2.Kiểm tra độ chặt các bộ phận quan trọng: hiện tượng giãn nở và co rút do nhiệt độ có thể khiến bu-lông bị lỏng; vì vậy, sau khi dừng máy, cần kiểm tra trạng thái nóng của thiết bị (cần lưu ý tránh bị bỏng) hoặc định kỳ kiểm tra mức độ chặt của flan đầu máy, các chi tiết nối vít và các thiết bị an toàn. Các bu-lông cần được bôi dầu bôi trơn chịu nhiệt độ lên đến 1000 độ C.
